"She is my little girl. My little girl with a penis," father Jacob Semenya told the popular South African tabloid Sowetan, which has dubbed the champion "Our Golden Girl. He also went on to say that there is nothing unusual about the name "Semenya," and that he did not understand what was "so funny about it."
